BHC Chicken

It's been a while since I've updated my blog, and I think COVID-19 can be blamed mostly for my absence.

A couple of days ago I got to eat BHC chicken for the first time- I've had other Korean chicken chains so my friends were always surprised to know that a couple of days ago had been my first for BHC.

I've been told that they use a healthier type of oil to fry their chicken- I'm not sure how "healthy" the oil is, and what the criteria is for the healthiness, but the chicken was good and I plan to eat their chicken again sometime soon.

The Jinsol Soju frog mascot greeted us at the cash register, and even had a mask on for safety and consideration.

And, of course, the chicken with "goods" brought from the neighboring mini-mart.

It was definitely a memorable night, and the chicken made it even better.
