Kagoshima and Hikoichi Dango Tenmonkan
My travel companion loves dango- so much so that she once flew to Japan from S. Korea just to eat it. I've never heard of a more baller move since then.
You can't really miss the small store since its tucked near the corner and has an illustration of a man joyfully holding a dango up.
A wide variety can be chosen for a fair price of around 1 Yen.
In the end we chose the a sesame-covered, red-bean covered, and three soy-sauce-covered ones.
My partner was happy.
